I offer the Path finding Session as a complimentary 1:1 consultation intended to help you understand how the Divine Frequencies Programme may support your individual wellbeing needs and to explore  which Spiritual Creativity Session to choose, before committing to the programme.

• We will start with an informal conversation to discuss your healing goals, explore your presenting symptoms and current challenges, and provide the perfect opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

• We will cover some of the main Sound Healing protocols and explore how sound frequencies affect the body, mind, and the environments in which we live and work.

• Next, I will proceed with resonance mapping to determine areas that may require support, identifying your energetic highs and lows, particularly in relation to your chakra system and your biorhythm.

You will familiarise yourself with a range of sound healing instruments and bioresonance tools used throughout the Divine Frequencies Programme.

• Short break.

• After the break, I will introduce you to the concept of Spiritual Creativity and present both creative mediums (gemstone beads or pottery clay), helping you discover which one resonates most deeply with you should you decide to create and use your own personal Embodied Anchoring item.

• You will then have the chance to take part in a short taster module from one of the seven modules (most people choose Module 1 – Grounding).

• We will finish with a relaxing guided sound meditation, with or without the Embodied Anchoring item of your choice.

• We will also look at the importance and benefits of Embodied Anchoring tools created through Spiritual Creativity Workshops.
