With over 20 years of experience in complementary therapies as a practitioner and A.E lecturer,  and through my own lived experience of Fibromyalgia I came to understand that healing is rarely a one-dimensional process. In my search to feel whole again, I developed my signature programme, The Divine Frequencies — a modular restorative pathway combining sound-based healing modalities, somatic awareness, and bioenergetic principles.

Alongside individual therapy sessions, my work may also take a more experiential and creative dimension through Spiritual Creativity Workshops. Depending on your presenting symptoms, personal circumstances, and desired outcomes, creative and ritual-based practices can become valuable tools for transformation, integration, and self-discovery. 

These workshops are not separate from the therapeutic process. Rather, they form part of a wider continuum of healing, helping individuals anchor positive change and embody new levels of awareness, resilience, and wellbeing within everyday life.

Each person brings a unique story, energetic signature, and healing rhythm. As no two journeys are alike, the healing happens according to your individual circumstances.

Both The Divine Frequencies modular program  and the Spiritual Creativity workshops, facilitate meaningful  change across multiple dimensions of wellbeing. They invite a deeper exploration of the connections between body, mind, emotions, energy, and lived experience, supporting a gradual return to greater coherence, balance, and self-awareness.            
I offer this work to those who feel called to explore it. The process begins simply, with a willingness to turn inward and begin exactly where you are.
