Sound is the language of energy in motion! the rhythms that our thoughts and emotions emit. Social distancing, self-isolation and other factors such as panic, anxiety, domestic unease, can disrupt our healthy rhythms of life, reduce our natural chakra energies and immune system, leaving us out of tune on mental, emotional and physical levels. What you get out of each session depends on your chakras energic response and your initial healing intention set at the beginning of the session. So join in with an open heart and clear intention to let the magic happen.
A fully immersive sound healing experience from the comfort of your room or in my studio, to reverse the adverse effects of social distancing, restoring the healthy rhythms of your endocrine system (Chakras) and boost your body’s self defence mechanism.
Each session would slightly differ from the previous ones as each week we would emphasise on a specific chakra, assessing its energy in relation to the rest of the energy centres.
Finding your healthy rhythms, is an integral part of these sessions. Here, you will become aware of the fluctuations of your chakra energies through movement, visualisation, sound and breath-work.
We start with some specifically selected, standing or seated Yoga postures to harmonise the breath and prepare the body and mind for absorbing the sound frequencies. Then proceeding with meditation, as you lay down, I will continue sounding a combination of singing bowls relevant to each chakra, giving you a deeply restorative sound-healing treatment. We will end the session with gentle stretches and a big smile on our face. Practicing these routines makes a great beginning to the week or a perfect ending to any busy weekend.
Open to all ages and abilities, no musical skills or previous experience in sound healing, energy work or meditation is necessary.

Meditation is not always about sitting cross legged trying to still the mind. In fact one can achieve better mental focus and relaxation by being engaged in a mindful activity. We use healing sounds inwardly or outwardly (voice and chanting. affirmations and guided visualisation), as well as a variety of sound-makers for inducing positive mental and emotional states!
