learn something new and live with passion and purpose
You might have heard of Sound Bath, as a sound healing modality, which I have been involved in since 2014. I decided to call my practice Sound Surfing because although it does feel as if you are literally bathing in a pool of vibrations, but more so, being exposed to such a healing live frequencies is simultaneously uplifting and empowering: it is like weightlessly surfing over the dunes of sand, a fluffy cluster of clouds, or the smooth waves of the ocean.
Most clients describe the sensation as a sense of floating both inside of and above the sound waves which fill the room, rearranging the energies within each person on a cellular level.
I am offering bi-monthly sessions of Sound Surfing & Meditation, following (planned loosely around) the courses of the Moon and Planets for deeper connectivity. This impacts on our physical, mental and emotional bodies, hence our health, productivity and relationships. Couples find that after these sessions they are able to see the world, themselves and their partner in a new light.
Covid has begun a period of great transformation and as we go through life's seasonal changes, Soundsurfing gives us the chance to view our situations objectively, encouraging the kind of positivity and creativity which is only possible when we are in a state of deep meditative bliss.
Soundsurfing is a great way to refill your bioenergy to withstand the effects of "cosmic storms", and transcend above your daily and personal challenges with ease.
Each session starts with a short warm-up QiGong and breath-work, followed by sound frequencies transmitted through crystal and metal singing bowls, guided visualisation and group universal healing.
Open to all ages and abilities, no musical skills or previous experience in sound healing, energy work or meditation is necessary.
Please be informed that these sessions are not promoting any spiritual beliefs, nor they should be taken as a substitute for allopathic medical treatments.
Tuesdays 18.10-19.00 (except Tuesday 5th Jan)
